A1: For custom, MOQ is 200 pcs to start, you can sent us your designes to negotiate the MOQ. For ready to ship items, MOQ is 2 pcs. It’s good for new customers who need small quantity.
A2: Sure, you can. There are four ways to put the logo on the products. Which are printing, hot stamping, sublimation, embroidery logo on the products etc.
A3: Commonly used payment methods on the market are supported by our company, such as ALIPAY, Visa, T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.
A4: Yes, a sample can be sent to access your quality before the bulk order. Click to “Buy Samples”.
A5: Inter packing: 1pc/one poly bag. Outer packing: Carton.
A6: We can custom your shipping bags/labels and hang tags. Low MOQ is 50 pcs. One-stop service to improve the professionalism of your brand.
A7: Generally speaking, our production time is 25-35 days after the pre-production samples are confirmed.
A8: 1. We have our own QC process, and every production link (including but not limited to: fabric quality confirmation, size confirmation, pre-production sample confirmation, printing and embroidery, stitching, etc.) is carefully checked.
2. The quality of our clothing has passed the customs and passed SGS and BV certification.
3. Buyers can arrange QC inspection by themselves before shipment.
4. Good after-sales service, the longest service warranty period is 1 year.
A9: The sample fee can be returned, but with the following caveats:
1)The sample fee is not refundable if the number of orders is less than 300 pieces
2)If the number of orders is higher than 300 pieces, one sample fee can be refunded.
A10: Our sample mainly uses DHL/FEDEX express company.The cost of a sample is based on theirs regional fees, additional fuel charges, and exchange rates. Therefore, the cost varies from month to month.
A11: Domax has more than 10 years of OEM&ODM service experience, and can customize your own brand sportswear one-stop.
OEM service, customers provide design, we turn drawings into products as required. Customers can make their own logos, patterns, tags, labels, ropes, etc.
For ODM service, we have our own R&D team to update the style every quarter. Therefore, customers can choose our own design, and then add their own logo, tag, label or other things.
A12: For ready to ship items, they will be shipped in 5-7 days. For cutomized logo items, they will be shipped in 10-12 days.
